Excellence, by its very nature, is rare. You have achieved this with your customer support system.

Over the last 10 months I have had the pleasure of chatting with or interacting with the professionals on your team many times. Each time, they have not only been helpful but have appeared genuinely interested in solving my problem. I have had replies during the work week, weekend and even an after-hours call by one of your professional land surveyors.

Recently I had returned from vacation and was scrambling to meet a deadline that involved a topographic survey. I set up in the field and the rover would not link with the base. I posted a message to the Forum and within minutes I had replies from the development team, a PLS and the CEO (of course I am referring to you). I implemented the recommendation, resolved the minor issue and completed the topo in a timely manner. This level of support, regardless of industry, should be prohibitively expensive. Amazingly, your support is included with the cost of the instruments.

You have managed to create a system that is unique, efficient and most importantly effective. I highly recommend your instruments for both the seasoned veteran and those that have had little time utilizing GNSS systems.
